In certain situations, however, it may be necessary to allow these ports in your customer's firewall. We recommend utilizing the subnet ranges, as there may be more than one server on one Geo Node that can serve the same function. The following are Subnet Ranges and IP addresses that are in use by our systems:

The following ports are used by the UC Client:

The UC Client only requires ports TCP/443 and TCP/9002 outbound. These carry encrypted web socket traffic. Port 9002 socket carries all SIP traffic.

The following ports are used by ReachUC:

  • TCP - 443, 4998, 5060, 7080, 24998
  • UDP - 4998, 10000-65535(for RTP/RTCP packets)
